Managed to schedule a cleaning for the next day. I was happy with the customer service I received. We had a cleaning team come over and we showed them what was the situation. They inspected it and commenced to clean the carpet without delay. They managed to get all the chocolate stains out from the carpet. In the end the estimate was accurate and we shared a few laughs with the cleaners and they were on their way. Good guys and great service.
